Our Changeover Service

All Things Property Plus provide a high quality cleaning service that ensures your property is left spotless and welcoming for each and every guest. Our housekeeper will bring all the equipment and materials with them and work through a checklist at your property. Each and every property is individual and using our three step process will be presented exactly how you would like. Once you are registered with us you can then book changeovers online.

Where a guest is arriving and departing on the same day all three parts will be completed on the same day.

Step 1

Your guest departs

We will go into your property and inspect the property. We will take away any waste, take away all the used laundry (boxed and named), turn off any heating or any other requests and generally make sure the property is secure.

Step 2

Between guest check out and new guest check in.

We go back to the property with clean and ironed linen and clean through, using a checklist ensuring that all areas are cleaned and beds are made up. We will replenish all stocks and present the property exactly as you would like.

Step 3

The day of guest arrival

On the day your guest is due we go back to the property and do a cleaning inspection, turn on any heating, make any final adjustments and leave a fresh welcome pack. The property is clean and welcoming ready for your guest to arrive.
